This is the second year we've used one of DJ's trucks and we couldn't ask for a better vehicle or service. Our flight got cancelled and DJ let us keep the truck an extra evening no problem. Great experience all around, highly recommend for any of your adventure needs while on the island.

The new owner DJ is the same unique high end service pro like Darren but his family is local. Darren is still around but now just having fun mostly. But he and DJ are also close friends and he likes to help around the house. Very cool!! Awesome vehicles and equipment from people who truly care if your having fun

DJ was great to work with! Got us into a suburban that was in good working condition and was extremely clean inside and out. The last couple days we rented a skiff and some rods for bottom fish. Again the equipment was extremely clean and it fret working order. DJ is ALL about customer service and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Dj was awesome all week. He set us up with a skiff last second when I could not find one anywhere else (most people only rent skiffs if you get lodging from them as well). Met us right at the ferry, got us a truck. Loaded up our skiff with all the things we needed, even things we did not think about that we would need for our trip. Last day of the trip we caught a 128 LB Halibut, wouldn't have done it without the help of DJ and Hollis Adventure Rentals.

DJ treated me like family from our very first phone conversation, through my entire week on the island. He met me at the airport with my truck, hung around to talk with me and answer the many questions I had as a first timer to POW. DJ rented me everything I needed for my adventure including camp gear, a canoe, a skiff, crab pot, some fishing gear, etc., and all at a very fair and reasonable rate. My truck (Tanner) performed flawlessly, and was immaculately clean when I picked it up. I'm already planning my next trip, in large part because DJ made everything so easy. Next time, I'll pack a lot less stuff on my flight to POW, and rent my essentials from Hollis Adventure Rentals.
